Biography

My mission has been to use my expertise as a Massage Therapist to help facilitate and support people's own healing and well-being.

I am educated in Holistic Health and have been using alternative medicine and healing practices personally and professionally for over 15 years.

I completed my Holistic Health Practitioner education and training at the Santa Barbara Body Therapy Institute, an established and well-respected institute for Holistic Health education. I hold a California Massage Therapy Council Certification. In addition to my extensive bodywork career, I hold two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of California Santa Barbara; the first in Cultural Anthropology and the second in Latin American and Iberian Studies. I graduated with high honors and distinction in both majors. 

My Integrated Massage training allows me to create sessions according to a client’s individual and unique needs. I strongly believe that we all possess an inner healer within us.  Massage therapy can support one’s own journey to the path of optimal health.
